TestagenLongevity
Khavinson peptide bioregulator (research use only).
Overview
Testagen is a synthetic tetrapeptide, lysine-glutamate-aspartate-glycine (Lys-Glu-Asp-Gly / KEDG), from Vladimir Khavinson's family of short peptide bioregulators, where it is listed as a regulator of the male reproductive system. The evidence behind that label is thin: the in-vivo studies we found tested KEDG in chickens whose pituitary glands had been removed, described it as derived from anterior-pituitary extracts, and measured thyroid and thymus structure, not testicular function. We found no human studies and no PubMed-indexed study of male reproductive tissue. It is not FDA-evaluated and is sold only as a research chemical.
