Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of peptides-index.com and everything on it: the price tracker, guides, tools, accounts, email alerts and the AI assistant (together, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Peptides·Index ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What Peptides·Index is#

Peptides·Index is an informational price-comparison service. We collect prices, sizes, stock status and testing documents published by third-party vendors and show them side by side. We don't sell, make, store or ship any peptide or other research product, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a vendor. Apart from vendor onboarding, the only thing we offer for sale ourselves is coaching, described below.

Not medical advice#

Everything on the Site is for general information and education only. Nothing on the Site is medical advice, a diagnosis, a treatment plan, or a recommendation to use any compound. This includes guides, calculators, stack suggestions, quiz results and answers from the AI assistant.

Amounts and figures that appear in research summaries, calculators or tools describe what published research used or how a calculation works. They are not instructions for use in people. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any decision about your health.

Research-use-only products#

The compounds tracked on the Site are sold by vendors as research chemicals, labeled not for human consumption. Most are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration for any human use. Laws on buying, possessing and using these compounds vary by place and change over time. You are responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to you.

Prices, stock and product information#

We refresh vendor prices automatically on a schedule that runs every 6 hours, but prices and stock can change at any time between refreshes. We work to keep the information accurate, but we don't guarantee that any price, discount, size, stock status, shipping detail, certificate of analysis or other product information shown on the Site is complete, current or correct.

The price and terms on the vendor's own website at checkout are the ones that apply. Please check them before you buy. Discounts shown on the Site are set by vendors and can be changed or withdrawn by them.

Links from the Site to vendors, Amazon and other services may be affiliate or referral links. If you buy or sign up through one, we may earn a commission, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.

The full price table on each compound's page is sorted by cost per mg. Highlighted listings, including the pick at the top of each price page, stack quiz suggestions and home-page Featured deals, weigh other factors such as testing, stock, time in business and public presence alongside price. They may not show the cheapest listing, and some of the vendors in them are affiliate partners. Our About page explains how we make money and exactly how each part of the Site is ordered.

Third-party vendors are responsible for their products#

Vendors are independent businesses. We don't control them and we aren't their agent. Each vendor is solely responsible for its products: their identity, purity, quality, labeling, safety, legality, pricing, shipping, returns and customer service. A certificate of analysis shown on the Site is the testing lab's result for one batch. It is not a guarantee from us about any product you receive.

Any purchase is a transaction between you and the vendor. Take questions, complaints and refund requests to the vendor directly. Links to third-party websites don't mean we endorse everything on them, and those websites have their own terms and privacy policies.

Accounts#

You don't need an account to use the price tracker. If you create one:

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Give a real email address that you control. We use it to sign you in and to send the alerts you ask for.
  • Keep your sign-in links, codes and PIN to yourself. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us promptly through our contact form if you think someone else has accessed it.
  • Price alerts are sent on a best-efforts basis. They may be delayed, missed, or triggered by a data error. Don't rely on an alert as the only way to track a price.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Site or other users at risk. You can ask us to close your account at any time through our contact form.

Coaching#

Our link-in-bio pages offer paid coaching plans. Requesting a plan sends us your contact details so we can get in touch about it. Payment isn't processed on the Site at present; if you request a plan, we'll contact you about it. Coaching is general education and support. It isn't medical care, and it doesn't replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

AI assistant and stack suggestions#

The AI assistant and the stack quiz produce suggestions automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and they are not advice. Check anything important against primary sources and a qualified professional.

Vendors#

If you apply to be listed as a vendor, the commercial terms you agree to during the application (including any onboarding fee, commission and reader discount) apply alongside these Terms. Listing decisions, which listings we highlight, and removal are at our discretion. How listings are ordered is described on our About page. The onboarding fee pays for onboarding and integration; it doesn't change a listing's position in the cost-per-mg price table.

Acceptable use#

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • break any law, or use the Site to help anyone else do so;
  • scrape, crawl or copy the Site or its data in bulk, or build a competing database from it, without our written permission;
  • interfere with the Site's security or operation, overload it, or try to get around rate limits, sign-in protections or access controls;
  • try to get into another person's account or into areas of the Site that aren't meant for you;
  • submit false, misleading or spam content through our forms, or impersonate anyone;
  • inflate or fake clicks, sign-ups or other activity, including to affect affiliate or ranking data;
  • upload malicious code, or use the AI assistant to produce unlawful or harmful content.

Intellectual property#

The Site's content, including its text, design, data compilations, price histories, graphics and software, belongs to Peptides·Index or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view it and share links to it for personal, non-commercial use. You may quote short excerpts with a link back to the source page. Any other copying, republication or commercial use needs our written permission.

Vendor names, product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.

If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, contact us through our contact form with the details and we'll review it.

Disclaimers#

THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ON IT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. THIS INCLUDES ANY WARRANTY OF ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components, or that any vendor or product listed on it is safe, legal, genuine or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of liability#

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PEPTIDES·INDEX AND ITS OWNER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, ANY INFORMATION ON IT, OR ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE OBTAINED FROM A THIRD-PARTY VENDOR, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE IS LIMITED TO ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100).

Some jurisdictions don't allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so some of the above may not apply to you.

Indemnity#

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptides·Index and its owner from any claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Governing law#

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the U.S. state in which Peptides·Index is operated, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes to these Terms#

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date above. Material changes apply from the date they're posted. If you keep using the Site after that date, you accept the updated Terms.

General#

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don't enforce a provision straight away, we haven't waived it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
