Overview

Adamax is a research-market analog of Semax, the Russian ACTH(4-10)-derived nootropic peptide, marketed as Semax with an N-terminal acetyl group and an adamantane group added to increase stability and lipophilicity. No peer-reviewed study of Adamax itself has been published — not in humans and not in animals — so every claim about it is extrapolated from Semax, whose own evidence is mostly Russian and preclinical (the sources below are Semax studies, not Adamax studies). It is not FDA-evaluated and is sold for laboratory research only; nothing here is medical or dosing advice.
