SLU-PP-915Metabolic / Exercise Mimetics
Orally active ERR agonist studied in mice as an exercise mimetic; a small molecule, not a peptide.
Overview
SLU-PP-915 is a synthetic small molecule — not a peptide (a thiophene boronic-acid compound) developed by the Saint Louis University / Burris group as an orally active successor to SLU-PP-332. Like its predecessor it is a pan-agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRalpha/beta/gamma), and it has been researched as an "exercise mimetic" and for heart failure in mice only, where it increased running endurance and improved cardiac function. It has never been tested in humans. It is not FDA-evaluated and is sold for laboratory research only; nothing here is medical or dosing advice.
